Hey there,

Summer is around the corner and if you want to look good in your bikini or summer dress, this is the time to get yourself into shape. You have a month until Summer officially kicks off, and the weather is already nice, so go for a bike ride, a jog, sign up for a yoga or spin class with a friend, go paddle boarding—anything!

You shouldn’t just do sport during the Summer, though; you should take care of your body all year round. Aim to be stronger and healthier—not just skinnier.

Surround yourself with people who will push you to be your best. It’s easy to talk and think about something, but sticking to it is harder. Find someone who will make you run that extra half mile and push you to do that little bit extra each and every time. Not only during the workout, but also in life.

I recently had a chance to try rock climbing, which I’m sure I’ll be doing again very soon. It’s not only a great full body workout, but also a quality time with friends .

If you have a climbing gym in the area I suggest you and some friends go for it. You’ll have a great workout session and a lot of fun. I promise! Research what’s available in your area and try something new. Have fun and get toned.

What’s stopping you?

Hello,

Happy New Year! Many of us have  resolutions to keep up with. The first week of the new year is behind us. How are you doing with your resolutions? Did you give up already(we hope not) or are you working on them(hope so)?

The truth is, each year we want to change something for the better.

We want to get better at something.
We want to work out more to get that dream body.

We want to change the job to be happier.

We want to travel.

We want a better relationship.

We want to start something .. and actually finish it. The list goes on and on.

We set many goals for ourselves.

After doing some research about how to actually stick with your resolutions, we realized that you must visualize  them.

What do we mean by that?  Make a mood board by your desk; print and cut the things that u want or the things that inspire you. All of us want certain things, all of us dream. If you see those things in front of you each and every day, you’re more likely to remain committed.

We chose a few meaningful pictures that will also look very cute at your desk.

We hope that you stick with your resolutions, and we hope that the best version of you comes to life this year. After all, what’s stopping you?
