This one is for the ladies!
October is a breast cancer awareness month and as it’s coming to an end, I decided to do a (pink) post that’s dedicated to all the gorgeous ladies out there who are fighting with beast cancer.
There are so many different ways to help these women (some of them may be your moms, sisters, girlfriends,friends etc); you can participate in one of the walks across the globe to raise the money for a research or, show your support-wear pink or you can just simply donate to one of the foundations.

First of all thank you guys for reading the blog, the stats were booming yesterday- much appreciated! 🙂
Striped tee (or shorts) are always a go- to staple. This pattern is perfect to mix and match (you’ll see the way I style it in the upcoming post). I love pairing different prints and colors all together. Especially now that Summer is in full swing, stripes are perfect to wear on the beach, boat or out to dinner.
You can also use stripes inside your home.You can jazz up your interior design with a relatively safe print, using striped patterns. Stripes can hide flaws in your interior, but they can also change the feeling of the space. Vertical stripes can make the walls look taller while horizontal stripes make the space look bigger. Make sure you know how you want to change your space before you paint it or put up a wallpaper

Summer is around the corner and if you want to look good in your bikini or summer dress, this is the time to get yourself into shape. You have a month until Summer officially kicks off, and the weather is already nice, so go for a bike ride, a jog, sign up for a yoga or spin class with a friend, go paddle boarding—anything!
You shouldn’t just do sport during the Summer, though; you should take care of your body all year round. Aim to be stronger and healthier—not just skinnier.
Surround yourself with people who will push you to be your best. It’s easy to talk and think about something, but sticking to it is harder. Find someone who will make you run that extra half mile and push you to do that little bit extra each and every time. Not only during the workout, but also in life.
I recently had a chance to try rock climbing, which I’m sure I’ll be doing again very soon. It’s not only a great full body workout, but also a quality time with friends .
If you have a climbing gym in the area I suggest you and some friends go for it. You’ll have a great workout session and a lot of fun. I promise! Research what’s available in your area and try something new. Have fun and get toned.
