Here’s the recipe for vegan banana ice-cream. I like to have them for breakfast or a snack.
I actually had it this morning 🙂
3 precut, frozen bananas
3-4 dates (pitted)
3-4 tablespoons of soy or coconut milk
Raspberries, peaches or fruit of choice
Mix all the ingredients with a mixer ( not a blender) and enjoy!
